The forest of the North Cascades is an area that provides a wide scale of benefits for the local communities, such as fresh air and water, up take of carbon emissions, hiking trails, camping, and a place to go and relax and just appreciate the beauties of wildlife and the outdoors. In addition the land has a lot of rich natural resources that humans can use, as well as being a prime spot for conservation and study.
